SERVING / PASSING & DEFENSE ACADEMY

Maximize your potential with our Serving/Passing Academy and Defense Academy, designed to help players develop and refine critical skills in a focused, hands-on environment.

Serving/Passing Academy: This session covers both serving and passing, allowing athletes to learn and perfect their technique in real-time scenarios. Players will have the opportunity to test their skills against live passers and servers, gaining valuable experience and improving consistency in these key areas. Whether you’re working on your float serve or perfecting your passing accuracy, this academy will provide the tools to elevate your game.

Defense Academy: Focused entirely on individual defensive skills, this academy gives players the chance to improve their court coverage, positioning, and reading. From digging powerful attacks to executing an explosive run through, this session helps you develop the techniques and mindset needed to excel in any defensive situation.
Each academy provides an in-depth breakdown of each skill, ensuring players leave with a solid understanding of both the mechanics and strategies behind them. Regardless of your current skill level, you’ll have the opportunity to practice, learn, and improve, making these academies a great experience for players from beginner to advanced.
Designed for middle and high school athletes, the Serving/Passing and Defense Academies are ideal for players aiming to enhance their performance in leagues, clubs, schools, and even at the collegiate level. You can attend one session or both to get a well-rounded skillset. 

Camps are open to both boys and girls, and boys should expect to play on a net set to women’s height.
