REFUND POLICY


Academy 1 & 2 and Middle School Academy:

For each camp and for each camper, there is a non-refundable, non-transferable processing/holding fee of $100.

Camp payments, less the non-refundable processing/holding fee, are refundable before June 10th, 2019 and will only be provided in the form of a check or a refund to your card. Please note that refunds will not be issued without written confirmation from parent or guardian, stating that the camper’s parent/guardian is aware of Indiana Volleyball Training LLC cancellation policy and they understand that the processing/holding fee amount is non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations or withdrawals after June 10th, 2019 without a refund request submitted in writing. These refund requests following June 10th will only be considered if accompanied by a signed physician's note indicating that your player is unable to participate for medical reasons - this refund will only be provided in the form of a check - minus a $100 administrative fee. Please note, if you purchased camp insurance your refund will not be through Indiana Volleyball Training LLC but instead Allianz Global Assistance. Any purchase of insurance releases Indiana Volleyball Training LLC of liability.

Cancellation notification may be emailed. To cancel via email, send your notification to indianavbtraining@gmail.com and note in the subject line “Camp Cancellation” and make sure to include camper name, camp name, and camp dates. Cancellation notifications may also be mailed to:

Team Camp:

Team Camp refunds can be processed in one of two ways. A coach can request a refund on behalf of a team. Indiana Volleyball Training LLC will not refund the $500 holding fee prior to camp. Individual campers are able to obtain a refund until June 1st, 2019, less a non-refundable, non-transferable processing/holding fee of $100.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations or withdrawals within 72 hours of the start of the Day Camp or clinic. A refund request can be submitted in writing.
